On November 2nd and 3rd, Hua-zhong Gas conducted comprehensive training for its sales team, focusing on business skills and delving into the latest technological trends and market dynamics in the gas industry.
The primary goal of this training was to enhance the team’s professional knowledge and market responsiveness. The training covered cutting-edge technologies, product knowledge, sales strategies, and customer service in the gas industry. Through case studies and interactive discussions, the training effectively improved communication and collaboration among team members.
Additionally, the training emphasized the importance of maintaining innovative thinking and flexible responses in a highly competitive market. After the training, the sales team members expressed significant gains and confidence in the future market prospects.

On the afternoon of November 8th, Gao Shangbing, a member of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee and Vice President of Huaiyin Institute of Technology, visited the headquarters of Jiangsu Hua-zhong Gas Co., Ltd. Wang Shuai, Chairman of Jiangsu Hua-zhong Gas Co., Ltd., along with the company’s senior management team, accompanied the visit.

On November 10th, Hua-zhong Gas held a strategic planning seminar. Ma Chong, Assistant General Manager, presented a comprehensive report on the company’s strategic planning for 2025-2027, leading the team in discussions.
During the meeting, department heads shared their insights and understanding of the company’s strategic plan, expressing their views on strategic direction, goals, and initiatives. Wang Shuai, Chairman and General Manager of Hua-zhong Gas, along with the senior management team, participated in the discussions.
The successful conclusion of this meeting further clarified the direction for the company’s long-term sustainable development. Fire Safety Month Emergency Drill
This month, various projects successfully conducted fire emergency drills as part of the 2024 Fire Safety Month. The drills aimed to enhance the emergency response capabilities of project personnel in the event of sudden fires or other emergencies, ensuring swift and orderly actions to minimize casualties and property damage. The drills simulated real fire scenarios, including the appearance of fire sources, smoke diffusion, and emergency evacuations. Project personnel followed predefined emergency plans, promptly activating fire alarm systems, organizing orderly evacuations, and using fire extinguishers and other equipment to combat the fire and rescue injured individuals.
The successful completion of the Fire Safety Month emergency drills significantly improved communication and collaboration among departments, enhanced fire safety awareness and emergency response capabilities, and strengthened the overall emergency response mechanisms and safety management effectiveness of the projects. Looking ahead, we will continue to strengthen fire safety management and emergency preparedness, refine emergency plans, maintain firefighting facilities, and improve the fire safety awareness and self-rescue skills of all members to ensure continuous improvement in project safety management.
